Community transport service to older persons who do not have access to their own transport and are unable to use public transport due to location, age or health. Transport is for social, medical(GP and hospital) and dental appointments. Volunteers use their own cars and there is a charge of £4.00 for the first 3 miles then 60p per mile to cover volunteer's vehicle expenses. They ask for 3 working days notice or more where possible. They offer other services for which they do not charge.
